This is one of the worst dairy queens I have been to. They are constantly having problems. The staff also seems to be trained very poorly. They have a hard time making the simplest of ice creams. If you want a blizzard with all the toppings on top and nothing mixed in then this is the Dairy Queen for you. Want a ice cream cone that is half melted right out of the machine? Go no further then this Dairy Queen. What about them being out of either chocolate or vanilla? Then check out this Dairy Queen where one flavor is often empty.

I don't know how to really explain, but their ice cream was weird. I had a chocolate extreme blizzard that tasted sour. (I love chocolate but this was actually sour) There was less off everything in my mini blizzard than usual. My son had a chocolate fudge sundae and his also tasted wrong. I will never go back.

One of the slowest Dairy Queens I've ever been to. They are either totally incompetent or there's only 1-2 people on who are slower than snails. Aside from that if you don't slowly give your order, they'll mess it up. They need to either hire new people or get a better training manager to train these people. It's not a very difficult job all in all. I've been in the serving industry for over 6 years..

Me and my mother went on a Monday and were greeted by the sweetest person. He was polite, friendly and answered all of our questions. He helped us. We both ordered blizzards which were absolutely delicious but the service was the best part.

DQ I love you. Man, nothing tastes better than ice cream on a hot and muggy F'ing day. I had to go to the Oriental Market to pick up a few things and when I drove up it was truly amazing, I saw her and she saw me. DQ was looking right at me and I said to myself, I'm gonna get me some of that, but I need some lemon grass and fish sauce first...lol. Shopping done, I walked into the DQ and as always it's very clean. I usually get a large coconut and pineapple blizzard, but today I wanted my soft serve vanilla ice cream in a cup, naked (see pic). Very creamy, cold, and yummy. Again, I love you DQ. It was hard to leave her, but I will be back my dear. Tell DQ that Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

Very disappointed. Had to wait 45 minutes for a cake I had ordered 2 days previously. I purchased a Livingsocial voucher and looked forward to buying a cake for our end-of-the-year celebration. I called DQ, spoke with Kiana, and ordered a custom cake. She was wonderfully friendly and helpful until I mentioned the voucher. "We don't accept them for cakes." I pointed out that the voucher does not state any such exclusion. She told me that many people came in to buy cakes and were turned away. The voucher states: "$25 for food, smoothies and more at DQ. Must be used in one visit." I ended up having to call Livingsocial for a refund. They called the manager or owner, Roy, as they are required to do in this situation; Roy agreed to honor my voucher and would specifically tell "all his staff" to accept it. When I went to pick up the cake (at the time they had given me) it was not ready. There was a new employee frantically trying to take care of everything. I was surprised b/c Kiana had told me SHE always makes the cakes. This poor new gal (who was doing her best) told me she had never been trained in making cakes! Roy just dumped it on her! Then, once again, after the 45 min. wait I was told they would not accept the voucher. WHAT? I'm sure we will enjoy the cake, but the struggle to order / pick it up / etc. was more trouble than I care to put into buying a cake for my colleagues. Because the employee was never trained, the whole thing was already melted when she presented it. with the decorations dripping off. So I have a sideways melted cake that looks like it was made by a first grader. Note, I am a teacher and I admire art produced by first graders! But I was expecting something more professional. Roy, just a heads up, that is NOT the way to treat your customers. How about offering products you are PROUD to stand behind? Take a tip from the awesome owners of the DQ on Federal & 29th St in Pompano. That place is always packed. Not only b/c of the ice cream, etc, but b/c the owners treat their customers right!
